Position Focus
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the CCAM, articulating a compelling vision for the Center at Yale College and beyond. Support collaboration across arts and technology; supervise CCAM staff; ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures; and convene and work closely with the CCAM Advisory Committee. Cultivate an innovative, inclusive, energizing, and creative environment that advances the teaching, learning, and creative priorities of Yale College and Yale University.

Required Skills and Abilities Excellent interpersonal communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and interact effectively with diverse constituencies, including students, faculty, staff, and external partners. Strong managerial and leadership skills, with proven experience in supervising and motivating teams, managing budgets, and leading complex projects. Superior organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a high level of attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Well-developed decision-making, planning, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative and effective solutions.
