Email aseneco@guilfordartcenter.org for submission form. • In order to ensure the timely installation of the exhibition, all works must be delivered by the receiving dates below. If you need to deliver your work earlier or retrieve it later when the show ends, please make arrangements by emailing Ashley Seneco: aseneco@guilfordartcenter.org. • All work must be received by GAC in exhibition/installation condition and must be accompanied by identifying paperwork (see below). Please email the information in advance to aseneco@guilfordartcenter.org and print it out to accompany your work at drop off. • GAC will retain a 40% commission on all sales. Checks covering items sold will be mailed within thirty days of close of exhibition. If not for sale, works must be marked NFS and must state value for insurance purposes. • GAC will insure all exhibited works for 50% of the piece’s retail value as stated by the artist. Works will be covered for fire, theft, and breakage from receiving date to removal date. GAC is not responsible for damage of any kind occurring before arrival or after removal or damage during shipping. GAC will not be responsible for any work left past the pick-up date.
